HOMARC in a unique and independent relocation company which focuses exclusively on services for the senior community.  This concentration of focus affords us the flexibility and strength to deliver the best quality of service to our clients.
Elizabeth (Betsey) Blacque, President and CEO, began her relocation career with Moran, Stahl & Boyer, the premiere corporate relocation company of its time.  Betsey worked developing relocation policies and establishing and training professional vendor networks throughout the US to deliver services to companies and transferees.

After ten years in the corporate arena Betsey left to focus exclusively on the relocation needs of the senior community. In 1990 she founded HOMARC, Home Marketing Consultants to provide home sale and relocation consulting to seniors and full service relocation support to Continuing Care Retirement Communities.  HOMARC currently provides services to over 40 CCRC’s.
Betsey has a BA from George Washington University and began her working career as a school teacher.  She is an active volunteer for various charities including open space and housing organizations, is a member of The Marketing and Public Relations Society for CCRCs and is a frequent speaker on relocation issues.

Your Partner in RelocationsRichard Blacque, Vice President of Operations and CFO, is an integral part of the HOMARC team.  He brings many years of financial and investment experience to HOMARC and his responsibilities include project cost analysis, financial reporting and analysis. 
Richard has a BA from Harvard and an MBA from Columbia. 

Carol Pillion, Director of Client Relations, joined HOMARC more than 12 years ago and is responsible for managing and maintaining HOMARC’s standards of performance.  Carol has a background in real estate and is an active volunteer in the arts.

Relocation Managers, Our team of Relocation Managers are industry veterans who average move than 10 years of experience in the business.  We are proud of their skills, diversity and commitment to giving the best possible service to your future residents.  They have BA degrees in such diverse fields as Communication, Art History, Education, and Literature.  They have worked as magazine editors, publishers, teachers, agents and in corporate relocation. Finally they represent a wide range of interests and volunteer work including the arts, charitable fundraising, the PTA and Habitat for Humanity.
